Nova Coast Media is building an ongoing roster of lifestyle and on-camera talent for paid real estate, hospitality, and commercial photo/video productions throughout Southern California.

$200 flat talent fee · No professional experience required

This is an ongoing casting roster, not an employment application. Applicants must be 18+.

What to Expect

Our lifestyle productions are typically small, casual shoots rather than large commercial sets.

Most productions involve a very small crew, typically one Nova Coast Media photographer/videographer and the real estate agent or property representative.

Most shoots are completed in approximately 2 hours, although talent bookings may cover up to 4 hours depending on the production.

Talent may be directed to naturally enjoy and interact with the property while we capture candid lifestyle photography and video. Scenes may include:

Enjoying wine or dinner
Preparing food or drinks
Outdoor dining
Cooking
Entertaining
Relaxing indoors or outdoors
Poolside lifestyle scenes
Swimming
Walking through or enjoying a property
Using indoor/outdoor living spaces
Resort or hospitality-style scenes
Interacting naturally with another model
Portraying a couple

Some productions may include 1–2 outfit changes. No professional modeling experience is required. Nova Coast Media provides direction during the shoot. The goal is natural, relaxed, polished lifestyle imagery. Applicants must be 18+.

Typical Compensation

Nova Coast Media lifestyle productions typically pay a $200 flat talent fee per model for bookings of up to 4 hours.

Most productions are completed in approximately 2 hours, but the booking may cover up to 4 hours depending on the production.

The standard talent fee includes normal travel within San Diego County. For productions outside San Diego County, additional travel compensation may be provided and will be communicated before the booking is accepted.

Compensation may vary for productions with unusual requirements, extended usage, additional travel, or other special circumstances.

Full production details, compensation, location, expected duration, wardrobe expectations, and usage will always be provided before you accept a booking. Joining the roster does not obligate you to accept any particular production.

Nova Coast Media Talent Roster Agreement

By submitting this application, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that the information and photographs I have provided are mine to submit and are accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Nova Coast Media is a production company and is not acting as my talent agent, manager, or employment representative. Nova Coast Media does not undertake to procure employment or engagements for me with third parties. The Talent Roster is maintained for potential participation in productions produced, managed, or booked by Nova Coast Media.

I understand that applying to or being accepted into the Nova Coast Media Talent Roster does not guarantee employment, bookings, compensation, or any minimum amount of work.

I understand that Nova Coast Media lifestyle productions typically offer a $200 flat talent fee per model for bookings of up to four hours. I understand that compensation may vary depending on the specific production and that final compensation will be communicated to me before I accept a booking.

I authorize Nova Coast Media to securely store the information, photographs, portfolio materials, and other content I submit for legitimate casting, talent selection, and production purposes.

I authorize Nova Coast Media to privately share my submitted photographs and relevant talent information with prospective or existing Nova Coast Media clients, production partners, and authorized representatives when reasonably necessary to consider me for a potential production.

I understand that joining the Talent Roster does not grant Nova Coast Media blanket permission to publicly advertise with my submitted photographs or commercially use photographs or video created during a future production.

If I am selected for a production, compensation, schedule, location, wardrobe expectations, usage rights, and other production-specific terms will be communicated separately. A separate talent/model release, usage agreement, or other production documentation may be required before participating.

I understand that productions may involve lifestyle activities such as dining, preparing food or drinks, swimming, poolside scenes, portraying a couple, or interacting with other talent. I am not required to accept any particular production or activity simply because I joined the Talent Roster.

This application is for me only. Nova Coast Media does not accept Talent Roster applications from minors, and I am not submitting any minor's information through this application. Any production that may involve a minor is handled separately and requires appropriate authorization from the minor's parent or legal guardian.

I may request removal from the active Nova Coast Media Talent Roster by contacting Nova Coast Media.
