How fast is delivery?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Video is typically delivered within 48–72 hours depending on package. Rush delivery may be available upon request.
What usage rights are included?
Standard usage covers MLS and marketing for the specific listing, including agent, team, and brokerage social and web. Original versions may be provided for MLS compliance when required. Extended commercial usage or long term brand use may require additional licensing.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Minor revisions are included if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Minor revisions include small color adjustments or simple trim edits. Larger creative edits or re shoots may be quoted separately.
Do you keep raw footage or unedited photos?
Raw files and unedited footage remain the property of Nova Coast Media and are not included in standard delivery.
What should be done before we arrive?
Please ensure the home is photo ready, utilities are on, and access is secured. Lights on, blinds adjusted, counters cleared, trash removed, and pets secured. We handle lighting refinement and final visual adjustments on site.
What if weather is bad or the home isn’t ready?
Weather related rescheduling is accommodated when necessary. Non weather related rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee. Same day cancellations or access issues may be billed.
How will I receive the files?
All media is delivered via secure online gallery. Photos include MLS ready, web, and high resolution versions. Video is delivered in MP4 format with branded and unbranded options when applicable. Files are archived for 30 days. Long term storage is not guaranteed.
Do you offer drone, twilight, and 3D tours?
Yes. Drone is subject to airspace and safety regulations. Twilight may be digital or on site depending on scheduling. Matterport 3D tours include 4 months of hosting. Renewal options are available upon expiration.
Do you travel outside San Diego?
Yes. We serve all of Southern California. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope.
May you use the media in your portfolio?
Completed work may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
