Position: Freelance Real Estate Photo / Video

Markets: United States (local first)

Compensation & Workflow

Pay: Competitive, based on property size, media type, and turnaround. Discussed before each booking.
Payment: PayPal within 7–14 days of approved delivery.
Usage: Standard MLS + brokerage marketing. Extended commercial use quoted separately.
Paperwork: W-9 & Contractor Agreement before first shoot.
