Summary (binding): Provide real-estate photo/video services per assignment brief. Same-day RAW delivery unless otherwise agreed. Maintain professional conduct; follow venue rules; ensure safety. Company may reject substandard work and require re-performance. Payment via PayPal on stated cycles after accepted deliverables. No direct solicitation of Company clients during engagement and for 12 months after last payment. Work-for-hire: media belongs to Company; portfolio use requires written consent. Independent contractor (taxes/insurance are your responsibility). No subcontracting without consent. California law; venue San Diego County courts. Full subcontractor agreement is issued via e-signature before the first booking.
