License Agreement
This License Agreement governs your use of digital media assets ("Assets") downloaded from Nova Coast Media. By downloading an Asset you agree to these terms.
Single Video Edit License: Single Video Edit License ($69): Good for one (1) video edit. This is a one-time-use license covering a single finished video edit. It does not cover reuse across multiple separate edits/projects, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the original file. For unlimited use of this clip for 12 months, choose the 1-Year Unlimited license.
1-Year Unlimited Use License: 1-YEAR UNLIMITED USE LICENSE ($249): Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Asset in unlimited end projects for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The Asset may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as a standalone file.
PROHIBITED USES: You may not (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original files; (b) use Assets in a defamatory, unlawful, or trademark-infringing manner; (c) claim authorship of the Assets.
