How fast are photos delivered after my Airbnb shoot?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Video is typically delivered within 3-6 days depending on scope. Same-day delivery may be available for shoots that begin by 1:30pm.
What makes Airbnb photography different from regular real estate photos?
Airbnb photography is built to drive bookings, not just document a space. Images are framed and edited to highlight atmosphere, comfort, and guest experience. It captures the emotional side of a stay, not just the room count.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No. Many hosts provide access via lockbox or smart lock. If you prefer to be there we're happy to coordinate on site.
How long does an Airbnb photography session take?
Most Airbnb sessions take 60 to 90 minutes depending on property size and services. Larger homes or premium add-ons may take a bit longer.
Do you offer drone and twilight photography for vacation rentals?
Yes. Drone is subject to airspace approval and safety regulations. Real twilight sessions are scheduled separately and depend on suitable weather conditions.
Can I use the photos on Airbnb, VRBO, and social media?
Standard usage covers Airbnb, VRBO, and your own social media channels for that specific property. Extended usage for paid campaigns or multiple properties may require additional licensing.
What if the property isn't ready or weather is bad on shoot day?
If weather impacts exterior capture we can reschedule that portion while still completing interiors. Rescheduling within 24 hours due to non-weather reasons may incur a fee.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit secures your date with the remainder due upon delivery. Same-day cancellations or access issues on shoot day may be billed at the session rate.
