What is the Builder Content Program?
The Builder Content Program is a monthly content retainer for home builders, remodelers, and contractors who want consistent photo and video from their projects. Each month we visit your job sites, capture progress and reveal content, and turn it into ready-to-post clips and images that show your craftsmanship and process.
How does the monthly process work?
Once you’re onboarded, we agree on your projects for the month and schedule site visits. We come out during construction for progress coverage and again at or near completion for reveal content. On site, we capture footage of the work, details, and (if included in your package) simple on-camera segments with you. Then we handle all editing and deliver finalized files you can post across social, web, and proposals.
Can I choose which projects we cover each month?
Yes. The program is flexible. Each month you can decide which projects to prioritize—full custom builds, remodels, kitchens, exteriors, or feature spaces. You can also adjust the balance between progress coverage, before-and-after content, and builder tip videos depending on what you have going on.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. The Builder Content Program starts with a 3-month initial term to give us enough time to build momentum and capture multiple phases of your projects. After that, it renews in 6-month terms so your content stays consistent as new jobs start, progress, and wrap. Billing remains monthly throughout.
Can I cancel or pause?
You may cancel effective at the end of a term with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date. One 1-month pause is allowed per 6-month term (with at least 14 days’ notice). Any paused month’s deliverables are moved to a later month within the same term so you don’t lose value.
What’s included and how much does it cost?
Every plan includes site visits, on-location filming, professional editing, and ready-to-post deliverables. Package 1 focuses on project documentation and before-and-after content; Package 2 adds more on-camera brand content for the builder. Pricing depends on your package, number of visits, locations, and deliverables. Contact us to walk through options or request a custom quote.
How fast will I receive my content?
Turnaround is typically within 10–14 days after each visit, depending on the amount of footage and edits required. As a builder content partner, you receive priority in our editing queue so your projects can be posted on a predictable schedule.
