We provide photography, videography, and related media services.
Service details, pricing, and turnaround times are provided in proposals, contracts, or booking forms.

3. Bookings & Payments

Deposits or payments may be required to confirm bookings.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Final balances are due as specified in your invoice or contract.
Late payments may cause delays or extra fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be in writing.
Deposits may be forfeited if cancelled after booking confirmation.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require fees.
We may reschedule due to illness, emergencies, weather, or force majeure.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All media is protected by copyright.
Nova Coast Media retains full copyright unless agreed otherwise.
Clients receive a license for specified uses (e.g., MLS, marketing).
Clients may not resell, alter, or transfer media without permission.
We may use selected works in our portfolio, website, or ads unless a written release prevents it.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate booking details, schedules, and access instructions.
Ensure property readiness (clean, staged, accessible).
Delays caused by client may incur fees.
Model/Property Release: Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions/releases. We are not liable for claims due to missing releases.

7. Delivery

Media delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, or client portal.
Standard turnaround communicated in advance but may vary.
One minor revision included; further edits billed at hourly rate.
File Storage: Files stored for 2 months after delivery, then may be deleted.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents at client locations unless due to our gross negligence.
Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nova Coast Media for claims arising from misuse of media or missing releases.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government restrictions.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our site or communications may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Termination

We may refuse or terminate services if clients violate these Terms, fail to pay, or act abusively.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes are handled in Los Angeles County courts.

If one provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations within 48 hours of service may be charged in full.
One reschedule allowed subject to availability; extra reschedules may incur fees.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
