How fast will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours. If video is included, delivery is typically within 48 hours. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on schedule.
Why is Airbnb photography priced higher than standard real estate photography?
Airbnb photography requires additional time on site, more detail coverage, and extended editing focused on warmth, consistency, and guest experience rather than MLS standards. Pricing reflects the added time and care required to optimize listings for short-term rental platforms.
How do I book, and what’s required?
Book online here: Schedule an appointment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due on delivery.
How should I prepare my property?
In general: beds made, counters cleared, lights working, trash removed, and personal items minimized. We’ll do light straightening on site (pillows, throws, curtains) to keep the space photo-ready.
How long does a shoot take?
Most Airbnb sessions take 60–90 minutes, depending on property size and selected services (detail coverage, drone, twilight). Larger homes and premium packages may take longer.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No. Many hosts provide access via lockbox, smart lock, or a local contact. If you’d like to be there, we’re happy to coordinate and walk you through what we’re capturing.
What usage rights are included for Airbnb and VRBO?
Your package includes usage rights for short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) and social media for the specific property. Extended commercial use (ads, print, billboards, long-term campaigns, or brand use across multiple properties) may require additional licensing.
Do you offer drone or twilight, and what if the weather is bad?
Yes. Drone availability depends on airspace and conditions. Real twilight sessions are scheduled separately and require suitable weather. If weather impacts exterior capture, we’ll reschedule the exterior portion. Interiors can still be captured as planned.
